The Oaks - Consensus Conference

The Oaks Consensus Conference Panel

On May 25, 2005, three experts convened a consensus conference at the William F. Winter Archives and History Building in Jackson. Historic architectural consultant, Robert Parker Adams of Jackson, historic interiors consultant, Ann M. Masson of New Orleans, and cultural landscape consultant, Suzanne Turner of Baton Rouge, met to discuss their findings and recommendations about the restoration of The Oaks. The work of these three experts was partially funded by a Mississippi Landmark Grant from the Mississippi Department of Archives and History.
